At Vanleigh RV we are firm believers that it is better to have 5 customers for life than it is to have 10 unhappy campers. All we are concerned with is building the most livable “home-like” fifth-wheel for a competitive price.
Please take the time to see how we build our fifth-wheels differently from typical high volume Indiana manufacturers.
Unique Vanleigh
Construction Features
- 24-HOUR TECH SUPPORT
We strive to ensure that you have comfort anywhere you go with your Vanleigh product. We give you a 24-hour direct support line to our customer service team. - CUSTOMER-DRIVEN COMPANY
At Vanleigh, we want to make sure our owners enjoy an elite experience with our product. That’s why we incorporate direct customer feedback into the design of our units. It’s also why we take so much pride in making sure our customers are treated like family. - QUALITY DRIVEN
We take the extra time to craft your Vanleigh fifth-wheel with the greatest attention to detail. We like to approach our work with a quality-over-quantity attitude. - HANDCRAFTED REAL WOOD CABINETRY
The quality of our millwork is evident when you step in a Vanleigh fifth-wheel. Real handcrafted solid wood cabinetry produced in-house at our 70,000 square foot cabinet shop makes your Vanleigh look like a custom-built home. - BEST IN CLASS AUTOMOTIVE SPYDER
Multiplex 12V Electrical System–another quality-driven feature! Tiffin Motorhomes adopted this technology in 2005. Today, every Vanleigh fifth-wheel has this industry-leading technology. - 5-SIDED FRAMED, INSULATED, AND LAMINATED SLIDE ROOMS FOR YOUR FULL-TIME LIVING QUALITY
We pride ourselves on giving you the most exceptional quality in the industry by framing, insulating, and laminating every side of our slide rooms including the floors (an area often ignored by others). - 3-STAGE PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION
We conduct a three-stage PDI at Vanleigh. Your unit goes through multiple quality gates on our assembly line before receiving a full inspection at the end of the build process. We use a positive pressure test on every unit to ensure leak prevention. We then conduct a simulated camping trip in our Inspection Campground to ensure all components are in excellent working condition. The third and final PDI is conducted in our shipping lot before your coach is shipped to the dealer.
