The 2020 Vanleigh Owners Rally is getting ready to go, and it promises to be better than ever! This years event will be held in Hot Springs, Arkansas at Catherine’s Landing.
Catherine’s Landing may be just five minutes outside of Hot Springs, but it’s truly a world away. Steeped in history, this unique property spans 400 pastoral acres and one mile of water frontage on beautiful Lake Catherine. With open sky and natural wonders around every bend, you can hit the trails, spy wildlife like armadillos and deer and explore the clean, clear waters of Lake Catherine.
We will be offering lots of activities for you to enjoy, such as:
- Catered Dinner* Each Night with Live Entertainment
- Pancake Breakfast with Leigh and Van Tiffin*
- Free minor repairs of your Vanleigh
- Question and answer with Leigh Tiffin
- Seminars Hosted by Various Vendors
The following items will also be included with your registration fee:
- 3 nights of camping at Catherine’s Landing in Hot Springs, Arkansas (Maximum of 2 registered guests per Rally Ticket)
- An official 2020 Rally T-Shirt for each registered guest
- Rally Badge and Lanyard
* Please note, there will be several catered meals served at this rally. However, we regret that we will not be able to cater to any specific dietary restrictions. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Your rally fee also includes our terrific Vanleigh Technicians performing minor repairs on your coaches. These minor repairs will be limited to 2 items per RV. All attendees will be required to submit a service request through the Vanleigh Website. Repair requests WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED at the Rally.
Please be advised that it is the Attendee’s responsibility to make sure that their Rally Request is submitted before the deadline of May 1, 2020, so that we can assess staffing, parts, and other needs.
There are some service restrictions in place for this year’s Rally, and it’s important that you be aware of them before you register for the Rally.
Service at the Rally is intended to address items that are or would have been covered under warranty. It is NOT provided to replace regular care and maintenance of your RV; to provide enhancements or upgrades; to take place of your insurance in handling collision damage; to correct problems caused by modifications that you have made after the original assembly of your RV; to address concerns with a unit that you’ve purchased used; etc. Service requests beyond the scope of these guidelines may be declined.
Someone from Vanleigh may contact you if we need more information about your service request. Furthermore, if any items are against our Rally Repair Policy, you will be contacted for a substitute repair item. Please realize that we will make all reasonable efforts to handle your service issues. Requests will be prioritized by the nature of the issue, the availability of technicians and parts, and other considerations. All requests are subject to approval by Vanleigh.
We cannot guarantee adherence to a strict time schedule. Therefore, please plan to participate in Rally events rather than sitting and waiting for the service technician to arrive. He or she will call before arriving at your unit to be sure that you are available while work is being done, or you can give permission for a technician to enter and work in your unit during your absence.
If you have pets, they must be out of the unit or crated during the duration of repairs, both for the safety of the technicians and to prevent accidental escape of your pets.
Items That Cannot Be Addressed At The Rally:
Safety Related Exclusions
- Because we do not have fall protection available, our technicians will not be permitted to get on top of a roof at any time.
- Any repairs requiring lifting or jacking of the RV, or that would require a technician to work under an RV cannot be performed at the rally.
- Any other repair creating a safety risk for the technician at the discretion of Team Vanleigh.
- Certain repairs of doors, windows, and awnings
- Paint and body repairs
- Installation of accessories or after-market modifications
- Cosmetic Repairs
- Chassis Repairs
- Slide Seal Repairs or Replacements
- Refrigerator Repairs
- Water filters and/or any other maintenance item
- Any other repair that cannot be completed in the field at the discretion of Team Vanleigh

The cancellation policy will be as follows:
- $100 registration fee if canceled before May 1, 2020
- No refunds if canceled after May 1, 2020
By May 1, 2020, we are firmly obligated for all the expenses of the rally, hence we will not be able to refund any cancellations after that date. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Reservations are First Come, First Serve, and ALL Reservations to this Rally are made through the Vanleigh Website and NOT through the Park website.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
May I attend the Rally if I own a Vanleigh RV, but do not want to camp at Catherines Landing?
A limited number of tickets will be available for any customers who wish to attend the Rally without their Rig. You will need to purchase an “Additional Guest” ticket for each person who will be attending. This cost is to cover your meals, entertainment, etc.
May I attend the Rally in an RV that wasn’t built by Vanleigh?
No. Rally attendees MUST be in an RV built by Vanleigh. Any other brands will be turned away, and the reservation will be treated as having been canceled by the owner with no notice and with no refund payable.
Can we arrive early? How do we make reservations?
Vanleigh only has spots reserved for the duration of the Rally. Any days before or after the Rally will need to be booked directly with Catherine’s Landing. If you arrive early or stay late, we CANNOT GUARANTEE that you will be in the same site as your assigned Rally site.
Will we have electricity/water/sewer/full hookups?
Yes. All campsites have full hookups.
How will sites be assigned for the Rally?
Sites will be assigned by Vanleigh and Park administration. We CANNOT take any specials requests regarding site assignments. You will be contacted via email with your assigned Rally Site, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Pets are allowed with normal restrictions. They must be on a leash at all times, not left outside unattended, and the owner is responsible for cleaning up after them. Pets are not allowed in any park facilities. Pets must be crated or removed from your RV during your service appointment.
